Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

Reservations can be confirmed with a 50% deposit.
The balance paid in full upon check-in. Check-in is usually after 3 p.m. but with prior arrangements, it can be adjusted. Check-out is by noon so that the rooms may be cleaned.

Cancellation must be made no later than 72 hours prior to check-in
(3 p.m.) otherwise the deposit will not be returned. We keep our rates low because we do not accept credit cards. Cash or Checks only please.
